Tour Plan

Day 1st

• 8.30 PM – Depart from Pune

Day 2nd

• 2.00 AM – Reach base village

• 2.30 AM – Start the trek with hundreds of fireflies along the trail

• 6.30 AM – Reach top and enjoy the fascinating view

• 9.30 AM – Breakfast

• 10.00 AM – Start descending

• 1.30 PM – Reach base and have lunch

• 2.30 PM – Depart back for Pune

• 5.30 PM – Tea break

• 9.30 PM – Reach Pune

Please Note

• We will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the pickup point. If you do not arrive at the location, we will have to depart and no refunds will be given.

• Any addiction is strictly prohibited, including drinking, smoking and chewing tobacco. Anyone caught will have to exit the trek without refund and travel back at their own expense.

• People caught smoking or drinking alcohol will be asked to exit the event immediately.

• Swimming is not allowed in lakes or water tanks on forts, as locals use that water for drinking.

• Please do not carry or wear valuables, ornaments or jewellery. If carried, we do not take any liability for the same.

• Rock climbing, rappelling, trekking or any adventure activity is potentially risky. Participation is at your own responsibility. Organisers are not responsible for any accident or compensation.

• Seats in the bus are on a first-come-first-serve basis. Once you get a seat at the start of the trip, it will remain the same until the trip ends. No changes will be made after the trip starts.

Cancellation Policy

• NO REFUND ON CANCELLATIONS

• No Show – No Refund

• Event tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation

• In the event of cancellation due to natural calamities, political unrest or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, no monetary refund will be given

• Once the trek or journey has commenced, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances

Terms & Conditions

• Smoking and drinking is strictly prohibited. If found, Team United Travellers of India has all rights to terminate the participant on the spot and no monetary refund will be given.

• Throwing garbage/littering is strictly not allowed.

• Participants should carry their own waste with them.

• Playing loud music in the mountains is prohibited.

• Writing anything or any activity leading to disobedience of historical places is prohibited.

• Tents will be allotted as per male and female ratio by team captains. No requests will be entertained.

• Pick up and drop will be at the same location (however, you are free to get down on the route during the return journey).

• Team captains’ decisions on any particular situation will be final for the mutual benefit of participants.

• If the behavior of any trekker is likely to cause distress or harm to themselves, staff members or other participants, organisers reserve the right to terminate their trip at any time. The participant will have to make their own arrangements thereafter, and no claims arising due to such action will be entertained.

• In case of any injuries/illness during the trip/activity, United Travellers of India or local staff will not be responsible. Adequate support staff will be available for basic safety, but all medical or emergency expenses will have to be borne by the participant.

• Weather conditions may require changes in arrangements, and in such cases no refund will be applicable.

• In case of circumstances such as riots, political unrest, natural disasters, nuclear incidents, terrorist activities or any unforeseen situations, organisers reserve the right to cancel the trip without refund.
