About The Event
Lens of Legacy is a photography contest by Experience Mysuru, inviting photography enthusiasts to explore and document the architectural character, cultural details, and enduring stories of Old Mysuru.
Participants will set out to photograph heritage places that reflect the history of the city and identity. From distinctive architectural elements and historic landmarks to overlooked details, every photograph should present a thoughtful perspective on the legacy of Mysuru
The contest features two categories:
1. Mobile Phone Photography
2. DSLR Photography
Participants will be evaluated on composition, creativity, relevance to the theme, visual storytelling, and overall photographic quality. Selected entries will be eligible to win exciting cash prizes.
Participant Guidelines:
1. Each participant must register under either the Mobile Phone Photography or DSLR Photography category.
2. All photographs must be captured using the device corresponding to the registered category.
3. Entries must be original and photographed by the registered participant during the contest.
4. Photographs must align with the theme, Old Mysuru Heritage Places.
5. Participants must follow the submission instructions communicated by the organizers.
6. Editing should be limited to basic adjustments such as brightness, contrast, cropping, and colour correction. Composite images and AI-generated visuals will not be accepted.
7. Any damage, disruption, trespassing, or unsafe conduct will lead to disqualification.
8. The organizers reserve the right to use submitted photographs for promotional and communication purposes, with appropriate credit wherever applicable.
