Schedule

Day 1

• 8:30 PM – Depart from Pune

• 1:30 AM – Reach Bamnoli village, campfire, music, dance and stories

• 2:30 AM – Rest in tents

Day 2

• 7:00 AM – Wake up

• 7:30 AM – Breakfast & freshen up

• 8:30 AM – Get ready & depart by boat for Vasota Fort

• 10:30 AM – Reach Koyna forest and start the jungle trek inside Koyna Wildlife Sanctuary

• 1:00 PM – Reach the top. Visit Babu Kada & Nageshwar viewpoint

• Click pictures and enjoy the views (Babu Kada is also an echo point)

• 1:30 PM – Lunch

• 2:30 PM – Start descending

• 5:00 PM – Reach the boat point

• 6:30 PM – Reach back to Bamnoli by boat and enjoy sunset on the backwaters

• 7:15 PM – Depart from Bamnoli

• Tea & snacks halt

• 11:00 PM – Reach Pune (±1 hr)

Please Note

• We will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the pickup point. If you do not arrive on time, the vehicle will depart and no refund will be given.

• Any kind of addiction is strictly prohibited (smoking, drinking, chewing tobacco). Anyone found will be removed from the trek without refund and must return at their own expense.

• Swimming is not allowed in lakes or water bodies inside the forest or fort area.

• Please do not carry or wear valuables, ornaments or jewellery. The organisers will not take responsibility for any loss.

• Rock climbing, trekking and adventure activities involve risk and are done at your own responsibility.

• Seats in the bus are on a first-come-first-serve basis and remain fixed for the entire journey.

Terms and Conditions

• Smoking and drinking is strictly prohibited. If found, team United Travellers of India has full rights to terminate participation immediately without any refund.

• Throwing garbage or littering is strictly not allowed.

• Participants must carry their own waste.

• Playing loud music in forest and natural areas is prohibited.

• Writing on or damaging historical places is prohibited.

• Tent allotment will be done by team captains and no requests will be entertained.

• Pick-up and drop will be at the same locations.

• Team captains’ decisions will be final for the benefit and safety of the group.

• In case of injury, illness or emergency, the organisers or local staff will not be responsible for medical or evacuation expenses.

• Weather conditions and forest regulations may require changes in the plan. No refund will be applicable in such cases.

Cancellation Policy

• NO REFUND ON CANCELLATIONS

• No Show – No Refund

• Event tickets cannot be transferred to another date

• If the event gets cancelled, only the “Trek Amount” will be refunded (tax amount is non-refundable)

• In case of natural calamities, political unrest or any unforeseen circumstances, no monetary refund will be given

• Once the trek or journey has commenced, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances
