TOUR SCHEDULE
DAY 1
08:30 PM Depart from Pune.
01:30 AM Reach Bamnoli village. Enjoy the campfire, music, group activities and storytelling.
02:30 AM Rest in tents.
DAY 2
07:00 AM Wake up.
07:30 AM Have breakfast and freshen up.
08:30 AM Get ready and depart by boat towards Vasota Fort.
10:30 AM Reach the Koyna forest and start the jungle trek.
01:00 PM Reach the top of Vasota Fort. Visit Babu Kada and Nageshwar Temple viewpoint.
Enjoy the panoramic views and click photographs. Babu Kada is also known for its echo effect.
01:30 PM Have lunch.
02:30 PM Start descending towards the boat point.
05:00 PM Reach the boat point.
06:30 PM Reach Bamnoli by boat and enjoy the sunset over the backwaters.
07:15 PM Depart from Bamnoli.
Tea and snacks halt during the return journey.
11:00 PM Reach Pune.

PLEASE NOTE
Participants must report at the pickup point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
The vehicle will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes at the pickup point. Late arrivals may be left behind and no refund will be provided.
Smoking, alcohol, tobacco and other intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited during the event.
Participants found consuming or carrying prohibited substances may be asked to leave the trek immediately without a refund. Further travel arrangements will be the responsibility of the participant.
Swimming is not permitted in lakes, rivers or other water bodies inside the forest or fort area.
Please do not carry or wear valuables, ornaments or expensive jewellery. The organizers will not be responsible for loss or damage to personal valuables.
Trekking and adventure activities involve inherent risks. Participants take part at their own responsibility and must follow all safety instructions.
Participants must follow the instructions of the trek leaders, local guides, boat operators and forest authorities.
Bus seats are allotted on a first come first served basis. Once a seat is allotted at the beginning of the journey, it will remain fixed throughout the trip.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No refund on cancellation.
No show means no refund.
Event tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
If the event is cancelled by the organizer, only the applicable trek amount will be refunded. Tax amounts and applicable non refundable charges will not be refunded.
In case of cancellation due to natural calamities, political unrest or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the organizer, no monetary refund will be provided.
Once the trek or journey has commenced, no refund will be provided for cancellations or itinerary changes caused by circumstances beyond the control of the organizer.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited during the event. If a participant is found violating this rule, United Travellers of India reserves the right to terminate their participation immediately without any monetary refund.
Littering and throwing garbage are strictly prohibited. Participants must carry their waste with them and dispose of it responsibly.
Playing loud music in forests and natural areas is prohibited.
Writing on, damaging or carrying out any activity that causes damage to historical or natural sites is prohibited.
Tent allocation will be managed by the team according to group requirements and availability. Special requests may not be accommodated.
Pickup and drop will be at the same designated locations.
The decisions of the trek leaders and team captains in any situation will be made with the safety and mutual benefit of all participants in mind.
If the behaviour of any participant is likely to cause distress or harm to themselves, staff members or other participants, the organizer reserves the right to terminate their participation. In such cases, the participant will be responsible for making their own travel arrangements and no refund or compensation will be provided.
In case of injury, illness or any medical emergency during the trip, United Travellers of India and its local staff will provide reasonable assistance and basic support. Any medical, rescue, evacuation or emergency expenses shall be borne by the participant.
Weather conditions, forest regulations, boat operations or other operational requirements may require changes to the itinerary. In such situations, the organizer may modify the itinerary for safety reasons and no refund will be provided for such changes.
Participants are expected to cooperate with the organizers, local guides, boat operators and forest authorities and follow all safety instructions throughout the trip.
