Dr. Harivansh Rai Bachchan was a famous Poet and Lyricist, born on November 27, 1907 in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh (India). He was married to Shyama, who died early and after her death, he again get married to Teji Bachchan. He has written many famous poems and also worked as a lyricist in the Bollywood films named Silsila (1981), Alaap (1977) and Phir Bhi (1972). He was honoured with Sahitya Akademi Award in the year 1969.
