Sreemukhi is an Indian film actress and TV anchor who is best known for her work in Telugu cinema. The actress who made her maiden appearance on screen with the TV show named Adhurs made her debut on the silver screen with a small role in Julayi (2014). After failing to get noticed for her role in Julayi, she got her first big breakthrough with Prema Ishq Kaadhal (2013), which was her first film as the lead. Her other popular film appearances include Chandrika (2015), Savitri (2015), Gentleman (2016), Naveen Medaram's Babu Baga Busy (2017) and B.Tech Babulu(2017).
