Architectural Digest India, the country’s leading authority on design, is all set to host the second edition of Mumbai’s luxury art and design fair, the AD Design Show 2019. An immersive and interactive weekend, the show will draw the best from the Indian and international communities of art, design, and architecture. The ‘Main Exhibit’ is a distinct boutique fair of Indian and International brands across art, furniture, antiques, accessories, and lighting.
The highlight is ‘Le Cabinet De Curiosités’ curated by Jean-François Lesage, featuring scenography by Niels Schoenfelder. The 16th-century tradition of the cabinet of curiosities is revived in this sophisticated mise en scéne. ‘Power To The Karigar’ is back for the second edition this year with a live craftsmanship exhibit from five of India’s finest workshops.
