A. The venue (Yalahanka Air Force Station Benglauru) is 20 Kms from the Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru.

Q. What are the entry formalities?
A. a. Business visitors are requested to register online and obtain a valid entry ticket.
b. The participant would be required to show the photo Identity card along with the valid entry ticket for entry at the venue.
c. Passport is compulsory in case of Foreign Participants/Visitors
Q. When does the Official Opening Ceremony take place?
A. Official Opening Ceremony is expected to takes place at the Aero India venue on 20th February 2019. Time will confirmed in due course.
Q. When are the Aerobatic Flying Displays?
A. A flying display programme will be published for each day at the show and will be available at information points through the show site and via the Aero India website. Please note that the Organiser reserves the right to alter or cancel the aerobatic flying displays for a variety of reasons including, but not limited to bad weather conditions and/or unforeseen circumstances.
Q. Will the Airshow site be noisy during the flying displays?
A. Yes, the Airshow site will be noisy during the flying displays. We advise that people sensitive to noise take adequate precautions during the flying display.
Q. Where is the Static Aircraft Display located?
A. The Static Aircraft Display Area is situated along the run-way.
Q. What aircraft are on display?
A. The aircrafts on display will be published on the Aero India website

Q. Is dining available onsite?
A. There will be multiple restaurants serving different types of fast food and Indian food at the exhibition site. No caterers other than the Official Caterers will be allowed to operate inside the venue.
Q. Which security measures are in place?
A. Overall surveillance of the exhibition site is provided by the organizer. Equipment displayed on the booth is the responsibility of the exhibitor during day and night. Exhibitors should take all appropriate measures to protect against damage and theft.
Q. What are the charges for Air Display visitors (ADVA) ?
A. Charges for Air Display visitors (Post 1400 hr on 20th and 21st Feb and 10 AM - 5 PM all other days) are INR 600/ day for Indian visitors and USD 25 /day for Foreign visitors
Free entry for children below 5 years.
Note : There would be no Air Display on forenoon of 20th and 21th Feb 2019 for visitors.
ADVA Visitors will to be allowed to visit both DRONE in morning and Flying display in After noon with the same ticket.
