Welcome to this Inclusive Art Exhibition, a celebration of artistic talent and diversity brought to you by Atypical Advantage and Maqaam Foundation. Atypical Advantage is India`s largest livelihood platform for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), founded by Vineet Saraiwala, an IIM Bangalore alumnus with retinitis pigmentosa. Despite his own visual challenges, Vineet has empowered thousands of disabled individuals to achieve financial independence through various opportunities in art, music, and employment. With over 20,000 talents and partnerships with 300+ corporates, Atypical Advantage continues to bridge the gap for PwDs.

Maqaam Foundation was founded by Niyaz Hussain, an artist with locomotor disability. The foundation is dedicated to transforming the lives of children in slums and impoverished areas by providing quality education and practical skills. Operating in Delhi`s Srinivaspuri and Jamia Nagar, the Foundation equips children with the knowledge to improve their livelihoods and achieve their aspirations. Having grown up in Delhi`s slums, Niyaz Hussain believes in the unifying power of art.

This art exhibition titled “Art for All: Uniting in Freedom, Celebrating Diversity” celebrates the creativity of artists of all abilities. Our goal is to democratize art by providing a platform where artists with disabilities can showcase their talents alongside non-disabled artists. This inclusive event highlights the power of art to unite and inspire, emphasizing the importance of accessibility and representation in the art world. This exhibition will showcase over 100 artworks, including paintings, sculptures, and photographs by 60 artists, of which more than 60% are artists with disabilities. The featured artists include eminent artists with disabilities like Ajay Jayaprakash, Archana Gokhale, Indubala, Rupak Munje, Shreya Gupta, Varun Naren, and others. Alongside these talented individuals, non-disabled artists and sculptors such as Maredu Ramu, Rajendra Munje, Ritu Khate, Vivek Mahendra, Ekta Khanna, and Prasenjit Sinha will also display their work. The exhibition is further enriched by the contributions of senior artists like Amitava Bhowmick. The participating artists hail from various cities and work in diverse styles, creating a rich and varied visual experience.

I hope this event resonates with you and inspires support for our mission. Enjoy the exhibition!
