Disciple of Guru Shama Bhate & late Guru Dr Maya Rao, Nikhil Ravi Parmar
is a multi-disciplinary artist with a Master’s in Kathak from Lalit Kala Kendra(Pune University)
and previous experience of working as the principal dancer at Natya STEM Dance Kampni.
He is a recipient of the Rangsetu Fellowship in Dance (2020-21) by the Maharashtra Cultural
Centre, Pune.
Parichay takes you through the traditional presentation of the form, to the art-making
tradition, showcasing the evolution of the form by the
Kathakaar!!
