About The Event

Devotional artist and music producer Agam Aggarwal leads an intimate evening where ancient bhajans and mantras blend with contemporary sounds, inviting audiences to connect through collective singing, reflection, and community.

Ancient sacred compositions, bhajans and mantra chants, blend with contemporary musical arrangements in an intimate gathering designed as much for participation as for listening. Spearheaded by bhakti artist and music producer Agam Aggarwal, the evening flows in a meditative rhythm where music, silence, and gentle movement create a shared atmosphere of reflection. As the chants rise and recede, the audience gradually shifts from listeners to participants, joining in collective singing and moments of stillness that shape the emotional rhythm of the experience.

Agam Aggarwal has emerged as a widely followed voice in contemporary devotional music, with over 1.23 million subscribers on YouTube and millions of listeners across streaming platforms. His work centres on mantras, bhajans, and soulful kirtans, presented through modern arrangements that make devotional music accessible to new audiences while remaining anchored in the spirit of bhakti.

The gathering also reflects the philosophy behind Spiritual Sundowner, a movement founded by Aggarwal that brings the practice of kirtan into serene, thoughtfully curated environments, encouraging a deeper, more personal connection with devotion away from the noise of commercial spaces.

Presented as part of NMACC’s third anniversary celebrations, the evening echoes the centre’s guiding vision of Culture at the Centre, bringing together music, devotion, and community in a shared cultural moment.
