We’ll start by exploring what specialty coffee really means; from farm to cup. Then we’ll dive into the fascinating world of extraction, where science meets artistry. Through guided, hands-on experiments, participants will see how factors like grind size and water temperature dramatically affect flavour, aroma, and balance in the cup.
The experience concludes with a V60 and French Press brew-along, followed by an informal coffee-and-sandwich mixer where guests can chat, exchange notes, and share their favourite brews.
