Coorg, a scenic hill station in Karnataka, is famous for coffee plantations and attractions like Abbey Falls. Mandalpatti, near Madikeri, offers stunning panoramic views of the Western Ghats, accessible by an exciting jeep ride, making it a paradise for nature lovers and adventure enthusiasts.

Coorg & Mandalpatti Adventures New Year Itinerary

Day 0 (29/12/2023, Friday)

👉Start From Bangalore at 10:00 PM.

Day 1 (30/12/2023, Saturday)

👉Reach the spellbinding homestay, located amongst the ever-green forests of the Western Ghats with greenery all around.

👉Freshen up and have breakfast.

👉Start from homestay by 8 Am and Head towards Harangi Elephant Camps and spend some time with Gentle Gaint.

Please note: Harangi Elephant Camp closes by 10.30 am and reopens by 4 pm. Hence we request you to please get ready and cooperate with the coordinators.

👉Take Countless photos with the elephants and get a chance to witness the elephants taking baths, splashing water onto you, etc.,

👉Head to the Mandalpatti hill station in an Offroad Jeep Ride(Self Sponsored)

👉 Enjoy the mesmerizing views of green mountains throughout with lush greenery everywhere

👉 Take countless selfies and relax by the view.

👉Enjoy the Sunset and start towards homestay.

👉Enjoy the campfire(subjected to weather conditions), with singing, dancing, and showcasing other talents.

👉Relish the local cuisine dinner and sign off for the day.

Day 2 (31/12/2023, Sunday)

👉Wake up and sip estate brewed Coffee in the misty morning weather of Coorg.

👉Freshen up and have breakfast.

👉 Head To the beautiful and famous Abbey Falls.

👉 Enjoy the mesmerizing view of the falls and start towards the age-old Omkareshwara Temple.

👉Witness the ancient temple and its history of it and have a packed lunch.

👉 Head towards the famous Madikeri Fort and explore the age-old history of Madikeri.

👉Head to Raja’s seat viewpoint for a fabulous view of Madikeri Town.

👉Start towards homestay and get ready for New Year night,

👉Music, Dance, fireworks, starters, cake cutting, and lots of fun by the campfire to welcome the New Year.

👉Relish the local cuisine dinner and sign off for the day.

Day 3 (01/01/2024, Monday)

👉A very happy New Year to everyone. New day, new morning, and lots of new beginnings.

👉Freshen up and sip estate brewed Coffee in the misty morning weather of Coorg.

👉Have a nice breakfast, freshen up, pack your bags, and check out for the stay.

👉Head to Tibetan Monastery / Golden Temple and click some amazing pics

👉Finish a quick Lunch at a local restaurant.

👉Start the journey back to Bangalore by late afternoon to reach back home by Dinner time.

Note: Flashlight / Torch with extra batteries Mandatory

● Travel from Bangalore To Coorg homestay in Non AC TT / Minibus 🚍(depending upon the number of people)

●7 meals: 3 breakfasts (Day 1, 2 & 3), 2 Lunch (Day 1 & 2), and 2 Dinner (Day 1 & 2)🍴🍕🍔

● Accommodation in rooms/ dormitories on multiple sharing bases . ( separate for guys and girls)

Please Note – All the travellers are equal to us and some may get cot and some may get floor mattress. We guarantee clean and hygienic stay with beds and mattress. Kindly book only if you’re with adjusting with cots/floor mattress

● Local Guide and Outdoor trek leader from Adventure Buddha

● Meals other than those mentioned in the itinerary

● Boating and other water activities

● Any Kind of Personal Expenses

● Any kind of Insurances (health, life, accidental, medical, etc)

● Anything that is not included in the above list

● Off-road Jeep Ride To Mandalpatti Jeep.

Drop points are the same as the pickup points

Note we will contact you. A day before the trip, we will create a WhatsApp group, add you to it, and share details such as precise pick-up times, location, and more. If there are any changes in pick-up locations, we will inform participants 10-12 hours before the trip begins.

●Trekking shoes or hiking boots(helps you walk on different terrain with much ease)

●Backpack to carry all the items you need

●Munchies-dry fruits, chocolates, and energy bars

●Trekking pants or trousers(make sure you take comfortable ones)

●Cap or a hat (to look like cool dudes )

●Power Bank(Optional)

●Camera ( optional)
