About The Event
`Surviving Democracy` explores the intrinsic connection between the land, it`s people and their politics. Can we really survive democracy?
Archival footage is woven together in the performance to tell stories of urban people and the landscapes they inhabit; the poetry and music further underscore the larger narrative of survival in a changing political climate.
