Our lives are shaped by the stories we tell ourselves - stories influenced by childhood experiences, fear, self-doubt, procrastination, anxiety, and unprocessed emotions. Over time, these narratives can begin to limit how we see ourselves and what we believe is possible.
In this transformative offline workshop, certified life coach Mehak Mirza Prabhu uses storytelling as a tool for self-discovery and healing. Through guided reflection, experiential exercises, and narrative work, participants will explore the origins of their internal conflicts and learn how to consciously rewrite the stories that no longer serve them.
This session is designed to help you gently revisit the past, understand emotional patterns, and reconnect with your authentic self-ultimately unlocking a more confident, joyful, and empowered version of you.
What you will experience:
- Revisiting childhood memories to understand where your stories began
- Meeting the fears that show up as hesitation, self-doubt, or avoidance
- Reflective exercises to reconnect with your authentic self
- Rewriting key life narratives and transforming setbacks into strength
- Sharing and embodying a new story rooted in clarity, confidence, and joy
This workshop is ideal for anyone feeling stuck in recurring patterns, seeking emotional clarity, or wanting to heal and grow through storytelling.
