Dvidha 

Dvidha which means duality, in this show we will be presenting the Indian classical dance form of Kathak. Kathak has two major divisions one is the technical aspect of Taalang which is the rhythmic cycles, and the other is Bhavanga which is about Abhinaya and story telling. We will be seeing the dual sides blending together. Two artists from two different cities will be coming together to present Dvidha- Aditya Garud from Mumbai and Sohini Karanth from Banglore. The dual aspect of masculine energy and feminine grace will also be a highlight of dvidha. The duality of gender and how that translates into movement. Dvidha will be all about dualities coming together and blending into one.
