What is the course about?
Emotional development is a key factor of success in today’s world. Highest marks are not enough, one needs to be self-aware, handle social situations, build relations with others and handle change. Let's equip our young with the right tools from an early age so that they are set up for success in every phase of life
Through a series of activities using play therapy, dramatics, improv & creative movement therapy, your child will learn
- Emotional awareness of self
- Constructive ways of expressing emotions
- how changing tone & body language can change the meaning of words
- understanding how our actions & behaviour impacts others
- importance of empathy and gratitude
- how we can change the response of others by changing our behaviour
Mode of learning
Children learn best through play and activities. This workshop will use expressive arts, dramatics, improv, creative movement & psychological development theories and experiential activities through which they will learn holistically.
