Session Outline Only For Reference


1. Setting the Space

Objective: Create an inviting, calming atmosphere.

Activities:Aromatherapy: Light essential oil diffusers (e.g., lavender or sandalwood) to enhance focus and relaxation.

Astrological Insight: Brief mention of the day’s astrological vibe

Soft instrumental or ambient music playing in the background.

2. Breathwork & Guided Meditation

Objective: Calm the mind and center energy for creative expression.

Activities:Pranayama: Perform alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana) to balance energy and improve focus.

Meditation: A short guided visualization to spark creativity, such as imagining walking through a magical forest and discovering an art studio filled with inspiration.

3. Expressive Art Exercise

Objective: Use art as a tool for self-discovery and emotional expression.

Activities:Part 1 (5 minutes): Introduction to the theme:

Prompt: “Create a visual representation of your inner energy today.”
