Commander Manik Mehta (Retd) is an Indian Navy veteran. As a naval aviator and a Qualified Flying Instructor, he has flown with the Indian Air Force and Indian Navy and trained pilots in the fighter stream of the Navy. Presently a commercial pilot, he continues to follow his joke-telling passion in his free time.
Being an army brat, he shares his experiences with the 3 services and finds the funny in the otherwise solemn and serious business of the military. His shows are enlightening and informative too, for those from the civil street, as he shares the how / what / why of military life and the nuances of the 3 services (the unclassified stuff of course).
FAUJI LIFE – Humour in Uniform; is an account of military anecdotes laced with the performer’s style of wit and humour. One segment involves crowd-work and there is a bit on his present experience of commercial flying as well!
