This is a 1-day workshop, 6 and a half hours each day. The curriculum for the workshop is as follows:
- Understanding of the formal and casual table setting
- Learn about different cutlery and glassware
- How to use chopsticks
- Table manners
- Eating difficult foods, eg. fish, chicken, pizza, prawns, etc.
- Napkin etiquette
- How to order when you are a guest/host
- Tips and tricks, eg: Managing accidents on the table, excusing yourself, etc.
- Being a host; invitation, planning, setup, etc.
- Do's and Don'ts on the kind of conversations over a meal table.

Ruchi Tandon is a qualified Image consultant and a corporate trainer, trained from the Image Consulting Business Institute, India, and Conselle L.C. Institute Image Management, USA, member of IMPA. Ruchi has been training professionals at various levels during this period and has worked with large business houses and corporates.
