What is HIIT?
High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a type of exercise that alternates between short bursts of intense activity and periods of rest or lower intensity exercise.
How it works?
- You work out as hard as you can during the intense bursts
- You aim to reach at least 80% of your maximum heart rate
- You repeat the cycles several times
What are the benefits?
- You can burn more fat in less time
- You can boost your metabolism
- You can continue to burn calories after the workout
Note:
- People of all Fitness levels can attend
- Prior fitness experience not needed (Beginners welcome)
- The session comprises only bodyweight exercises (does not include any dumbbells or kettlebells)
- Wear clothes comfortable for work-out and bring clean pair of shoes to change inside the studio (outside footwear will not be allowed); Carry a water bottle & hand towel.
- Reach the studio 15 minutes prior to the start time.
