About The Event
Ice Bath Experience
An experience in presence, courage, and reconnecting with yourself.
What happens when you step into cold water and meet the moment, one breath at a time?
The Ice Bath Experience brings together grounding practices, guided cold-water immersion, and sound healing in a space to explore your relationship with discomfort, become more aware of your emotions, and discover what emerges when you meet yourself in an unfamiliar experience.
Facilitated by Anjali Bajaj, a Certified Ice Bath Facilitator, the experience begins with grounding and guided breathing to prepare you for the immersion. Throughout the ice bath, Anjali guides you through the process, while Anu Bajaj brings her healing practice to support participants where appropriate.
After the immersion, settle into 15 minutes of Himalayan singing bowl sound healing with Anu, allowing time for rest, reflection, and integration. The experience concludes with a warm cup of tea and time for conversation.
Cold water can bring your attention to your thoughts, emotions, and instinctive responses. For some, the experience may bring up unexpected feelings or offer a moment to notice patterns and reactions that often go unexamined in everyday life. Each person's experience is different, and there is no particular feeling or outcome you need to achieve.
Whether you are trying an ice bath for the first time or are curious about exploring your response to cold, you will be guided throughout the experience, with an emphasis on listening to your body and respecting your individual limits.
