Janmashtami Special Workshop – Art Inspired by Krishna’s World
Celebrate Janmashtami with colour, culture, and creativity in this joyful art workshop designed specially for children! Through storytelling and hands-on making, kids will dive into the enchanting world of Krishna and Radha, exploring their stories, symbols, and traditions.
We’ll begin by introducing children to the tales of Krishna’s childhood—his love for music, mischief, cows, and friendship with Radha—through engaging visuals and conversation. Inspired by these stories, children will then create their own Radha and Krishna dolls using paper, fabric, embellishments, threads, and other materials. Each child will take home beautifully handcrafted figures that reflects India’s vibrant cultural heritage.
Guided by expert artists and designers, this session is a joyful blend of festive learning and imaginative making.
What your child will learn:
> The stories and traditions around Janmashtami and the figures of Radha & Krishna.
> How to use fabric, paper, and craft materials to create expressive figures.
> The value of cultural storytelling through hands-on art.

Parents are requested to drop off and pick up their children. Only those registered and participating in the workshop may stay, to help create a focused and independent learning space for kids.
