Slacker rock, glam funk, and synth-pop balladry come together as JBABE performs his new album in full, turning personal memories and poetic influences into an intimate, theatrical experience.
For one night in Mumbai, A Little Bit Larger Than The Entire Universe comes to life in a flagship showcase of sound, image, and theatrical flair. Created under Josh Fernandez's solo project, ‘JBABE’, the deeply personal album draws on Fernando Pessoa's poetry and family lullabies to explore memory, whimsy, and the search for belonging.
Performed in its entirety for the first time in Mumbai, the album is brought to life through guitars, synths, and vocals, joined by guest musicians and highlights from JBABE's earlier work. Visuals and lighting inspired by the album's music videos add a cinematic touch, while flowers, bespoke clothing, and eclectic styling create a distinctive stage presence.
Shifting between slacker rock, glam funk, and synth-pop balladry, the concert unfolds as an intimate yet expansive journey – flamboyant, vulnerable, and full of tender-hearted wit.
