About The Event
For the very first time in India, Jus' Trufs introduces an exclusive & unique Chocolate Tour. Be a part of this exclusive tour and experience chocolate-making first-hand. Learn the ancient art of tempering chocolate from our master chocolatiers and get your hands dirty and create your own personal truffles. Observe the inner working of a boutique chocolaterie, and bring out the inner chocolatier in you. This is a great occasion for corporates and families alike!
Schedule:
1. We meet at the Jus' Trufs cafe where you will be greeted by your host for the day.
2. A warm Chocolate Shot is served to you. You are then escorted to the Events floor on the 3rd floor of the same building.
3. Your MC for the day will take you through a presentation on the story of beans to bar projector with live examples of cocoa and how it is grown.
4. You then wear your chef's caps and aprons and get into making your own tempting Belgian Truffles. Our chocolatier will take you through the steps of tempering your fine chocolate.
5. All this is interspersed with shouts of joy and laughter for the wackiest creations and for getting to be the messiest chocolatier!
6. The tour ends (as all great things must come to an end) with another brief presentation and some fun ice breaker activities.
Warning: There is a lot of chocolate tasting involved in this tour!
