KASHISH 2018 - Together With Pride
South Asia`s and India`s biggest LGBTQ film festival, and one of Mumbai`s important cultural events - KASHISH Mumbai International Queer Film Festival is back for its 9th edition from May 23-27, 2018 at two venues - Liberty Carnival Cinemas (May 25-27) and Metro INOX (May 25, 26).
The theme for KASHISH 2018 is Together With Pride, calling all of us to celebrate the pride of being ourselves - the pride of our sex, gender, color, ethnicity and body type.
Packed with the best of global LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer) film screenings, filmmaker interactions, panel discussions, open mics, performances and red carpet events, the festival will embrace together with pride in its truest sense.
The festival has been graced by numerous Hollywood and Bollywood celebrities including Sir Ian McKellen, Sonam Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar, Manisha Koirala, Juhi Chawla, Kunal Kapoor, Celina Jaitly, Kabir Bedi, Sanjay Suri, etc.
