About The Event

Leave the rush behind as actor, wellness practitioner and founder of Project Stillness Shruti Seth invites you to slow down, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself through sound, breath and reflection.

In a time when the pace of everyday life leaves very little room to pause, ‘Let’s All Calm Down’ offers a way to step away from the demands of the day and return to yourself. Led by Shruti Seth, this immersive wellness experience brings together sound healing, guided breathwork and reflective journaling to foster rest and renewed clarity.

A behavioural coach with CTRT certification from the William Glasser Institute, Shruti is also a licensed teacher from the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation, a certified sound healing teacher and holds a postgraduate diploma in arts-based therapy from the Mind and Arts Institute, India. Drawing on mindfulness, breathwork, sound and arts-based practices, she creates a supportive setting for quiet reflection and deep replenishment.

The session begins with 45 minutes of sound healing, as the resonant vibrations of Tibetan bowls, gongs and other gentle instruments invite the mind and body into deep rest. This is followed by 15 minutes of guided breathwork, helping release residual tension and bring attention back to the present moment. The final 15 minutes are devoted to journaling, with simple prompts offering space to process thoughts, gain perspective and reconnect with your needs. In a small group of 30 participants, the session offers a little more clarity and calm to carry back into everyday life.
