Maati Baani is an Indian duo consisting of vocalist Nirali Kartik and music producer/composer Kartik Shah. Literally meaning `Language of the Earth`, Maati Baani creates original music rooted in traditions set in a contemporary sound. A place where the world meets India, musically.
Their music is a blend of Rustic folk, Sufism, and different genres of World music with Hindustani Classical, Funk and New age.
