About The Event
Matri Rupen is a special cultural presentation organised by Jodhpur Park Geetika Cultural Society, celebrating the many divine and human manifestations of the Mother through music, narration, recitation and dance.
Conceived and directed by Chandrabali Rudra Dutta and Dipabali Dutta, the programme brings together an accomplished ensemble of artists in a heartfelt tribute to feminine divinity, strength, compassion and creation. The musical presentation features Saikat Mitra, Chandrabali Rudra Dutta, Pradip Dutta and Dipabali Dutta, complemented by evocative narration, shlokas and expressive dance performances.
Through a thoughtfully curated blend of music, words and movement, Matri Rupen explores the timeless presence of Maa in her many forms divine, nurturing, powerful and compassionate while beautifully embracing the spirit of Bengals festive season.
The evening will also be graced by special guests Arijit Mitra and Suvendu Chatterjee.
