MCAI Memoirs of Madan Mohan

MCAI Memoirs of Madan Mohan’ is a fundraising event commemorating the 100th birthday (25th June) of the legendary Madan Mohan. This event holds special significance as we aim to honor the remarkable contributions of Madan Mohan to the music industry and celebrate his enduring legacy. His compositions are revered for their emotional depth, intricate melodies, and hauntingly beautiful arrangements. Even decades after his passing, his iconic songs such as "Lag Jaa Gale," "Tere Liye," and "Aap Ki Nazron Ne Samjha" are cherished by audiences worldwide and continue to be performed by singers as a tribute to his unparalleled artistry.

As we come together to celebrate the centenary of Madan Mohan's birth,  on 29th June at Shanmukhananda Hall, we seek to honor his legacy by curating an unforgettable evening of music and remembrance. This fundraising event is organized by the Music Composer Association of India (MCAI) with the aim of raising funds for the composer community, supporting aspiring composers, and preserving the rich heritage of Indian music.
