
Engage your body in ways that increase mobility in your joints. This will enhance more range of motion as well as result in a stronger body less prone to injuries.
Our joints are meant to move and that is where all movement happens, and hence it is important that we understand mobility to its efficiency as we apply it to all our dance, move and fitness routine. This workshop is open to dancers, cross fitters, runners, gymnasts and sports enthusiasts.
We will be working on some simple drills with modifications based on your fitness level, arriving at a simple result - more range of motion.
