Patna Literary festival has chalked out a beautiful programme of a grand Mushaira on 13th August 2023 on the occasion of Independence Day. In a significant move, the PLF has associated with world famous Dubai based mushaira organizer, Andaz - E - Bayaan .12 eminent poets of national and international repute will recite nazm, ghazals and shayari amongst 1000 intellectuals and literally lovers from Bihar and across India at The Royal Bihar hotel near AIIMS Patna.
