Philadelphia Boys Choir & Chorale
Renowned for their musicianship, intelligence and interpretive abilities, the Emmy-winning and Grammy-nominated Philadelphia Boys Choir & Chorale has cultivated a devoted worldwide following for their highly-acclaimed concerts and performances. Established in 1968 and under the baton of Jeffrey R. Smith since 2004, the Choir is known as “America’s Ambassadors of Song”, proudly representing both the City of Philadelphia and the United States on its many concert tours across the globe. The Philadelphia Boys Choir and Chorale is thrilled to be touring India for the first time, and looks forward to performing throughout the country.
The MMA Choir under Augustine Paul is an extremely popular Choir based out of Chennai and has been preforming various genres of music consistently. One of the oldest choirs in India, the MMA Choir currently in its 131st year excels in Western Classical music. Regular concert presentations both at home and abroad makes the MMA a very sought after choir. The MMA Choir has several acclaimed musicians within their ranks.
Madras MBS Choir is now in its 55th year, founded by Late Guru MB Sreenivasan, and is considered to be one of the pioneers of Indian Choral Music. Our goal includes popularizing this genre of music and spreading it to masses, particularly amongst the children.
