About The Event
Lyric Ensemble of Delhi is Delhi's premier western music group for the stage. This concert features the best of Jazz, Pop, and Musical Theatre standards, though the singers are trained in Opera and Western Classical singing too. The songs in the concert are woven into an enchanting storyline. The ensemble has performed at prestigious venues such as Delhi Gymkhana Club, India International Centre, India Habitat Centre, Pianoman, etc to standing ovations. The group members have received vocal training from Situ Singh Buehler, founder of LED and one of India's premiere vocal coaches for Western classical techniques. Some of her students are now performing with international opera companies.
