About The Event
Hon'ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, will address and lead the "NaMo for Viksit Bharat" programme at the Maharaja Sayajirao University Pavilion, Vadodara, on 8 September 2026.
The programme will bring together citizens, students, professionals, educators, entrepreneurs, industry representatives and members of civil society around the shared vision of Viksit Bharat@2047. The event is expected to feature major announcements and unveil key infrastructure development initiatives, including infrastructure projects worth over ₹35,000 crore, aimed at strengthening connectivity, economic growth and public infrastructure for Vadodara.
The programme highlights India's development journey, transformative initiatives and collective aspirations for a developed nation, while providing an opportunity for participants to witness and engage in a landmark national event.
