OSHO Dynamic Meditation is a powerful, active meditation designed to release deeply held physical, emotional, and mental patterns. It helps break conditioning rooted in the past and opens the door to inner freedom, clarity, silence, and peace.
This meditation is traditionally practiced in the early morning, a time when the body and mind are naturally more alert and receptive, when the night has passed and the energy of the day is rising. While it can be practiced alone, doing it in a group setting often supports deeper commitment and intensity, especially for beginners. Though practiced together, the experience is entirely individual, participants are encouraged to remain inwardly focused and unaware of others.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
The meditation is guided by the original OSHO Dynamic Meditation music, which energetically supports each stage.
