This 2hour workshop is open to participants aged 16 and above, and it is built around one of India's richest storytelling traditions: folk painting on paper, here used to bring key moments from Lord Ram's journey to life. With expert guidance, you will pick up the techniques behind this centuries-old craft, while also spending time with the wisdom, devotion, and moral depth the epic is known for. No experience is needed. Just curiosity and a willingness to try. All materials are provided.
The workshop is held in a home studio, which keeps things intimate and personal rather than classroom-like. As you paint, you will hear the story of Ram's life told alongside the process, so the session becomes something closer to a meditative escape than a typical class.
