Introducing the Moving Mat a unique, song based yoga flow where breath meets rhythm and movement turns into choreography. This is not your typical yoga session. Its a guided flow set to music where participants move together in sync with the trainer creating a seamless blend of yoga dance and expression.
Designed for all levels the session focuses on fluid transitions,body awareness,and the joy of moving as one collective energy. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, this immersive experience will leave you feeling energized,centered,and connected.
