About The Event
The RXC Festival is a culmination of a year-long collaboration between Indian Music Experience Museum, Bangalore and Manchester Museum, UK that brought together four Indo-UK musician mentors and mentees to explore rhythm as a shared language between East and West. The three day festival at IME features musicians from different genres of music all performing rhythm and percussion in their own style. Expect to see rap battles, carnatic hip-hop, percussion ensembles, curated museum walkthroughs, film screenings, all women kamsale and percussion groups as well as DJs from India and the UK.
