About The Event
Dear all young-at-heart seniors,
It’s time to share your stories, sing your songs, recite your poems, and spread your laughter! Join us for a joyful and relaxed weekend at Seniors Spotlight, an open mic event specially made for those aged 55 and above.
This is your stage – whether you’ve been a lifelong performer or it’s your very first time holding the mic. Come as you are, and bring your talent in any language you are comfortable with.
What can you perform?
🎶 A favourite old song
📖 A story from your life
🎤 A joke or comic act
📝 A poem you’ve written (or one you love)
🎸 Even a little music if you play an instrument
Or just anything you want to speak and share.
Each performer gets 8–10 minutes on stage. Need a few more minutes? Just let us know – we’re happy to accommodate. There’s no competition, no judgment – only applause, admiration, and lots of smiles. Whether you come to perform or just to enjoy the performances, you’re most welcome.
While anyone can attend the show, only Seniors are allowed to perform!
