
Aerial yoga utilizes a silk hammock or sling that is suspended from the ceiling to perform similar movements as Yoga and helps with flexibility, balance, and stability. The purpose of the hammock is to provide support through the yoga flow, while also improving flexibility and range of motion. This class is for beginners who are looking for something outside of the normal gym workout. You don’t need any prior experience.
Class Flow:
15 mins warm-up
40 mins poses, and inversions
5 mins, cool down
Other things to keep in mind:
1. Please arrive 10 minutes early so that you can settle in. Once the session starts, we will not be able to allow you in to avoid disturbance for everyone else. We strictly adhere to this rule.
2. Wear tight-fitted clothes because of inversions during class
