About The Event
Sri Krishna Gana Sabha in Thyagarayanagar in Chennai was established in 1954. It was founded by Sangeetha Kalanidhi Maharajapuram ViswanathaIyer, its first President and the renowned musician Maharajapuram Santhanam being the Founder Secretary.
Sri Krishna Gana Sabha, a pioneer in fostering classical arts of Music, Dance and Drama has a bright record of continuous and uninterrupted activities maintaining high standards of performances for over 5 decades having celebrated Golden Jubilee in Millennium 2004 under the presidentship of Dr. B. K. Krishnaraja Vanavarayar. The Silver Jubilee of the Sabha was celebrated in 1979 under the presidentship of Sri. M. G. Ramachandran, the then Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.
This event is going to be a wonderful experience.
