The film aims to remove the enmity between both the countries by playing a cricket match. Whenever both teams play against each other, people from both countries watch it so passionately. Even the soldiers who protect the borders forget about it and start enjoying it.

Azaad

Set against the socio-political backdrop of present day India, Azaad unfolds the story of a dysfunctional relationship between a father and his son, within 48 hours of the father going missing.

Presented by prolific filmmaker, Mira Nair, Azaad has been written and directed by Rahul V. Chittella. It features National Award-winning actor Atul Kulkarni playing the lead along with Sakshi Tanwar (Dangal), Siddharth Menon (Peddlers, Happy Journey, Loev) and Nandu Madhav (Harishchandrachi Factory).
