The Art of Breath is an immersive yoga experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and create space for stillness before stepping into the week ahead.
Set in the calming ambience of Aaromale Cafe, this guided 60-75 minute session combines gentle movement, foundational yoga postures, a few mindful rounds of Surya Namaskar, traditional pranayama, and meditation.
Rather than focusing on performance or intensity, this experience invites you to cultivate awareness through movement, breath, and presence.
Whether you are new to yoga or already have an established practice, this session offers a space to pause, reset, and nourish your body and mind.
