About The Event
[working title] is David Soin Tappeser's trio. Embracing the intimacy and flexibility of the trio format, their game is highly interactive, collaborative, improvisation-driven - and unafraid to stray beyond tradition. David's fresh and playful arrangements of (un-)known standards are full of surprises, interweaving hip-hop-grooves with Ethiopian harmonies, folk tunes with reggaeton. Ultimately the trio’s sounds emanate beyond genre or specificity - like a triangle: universal, each side equal and open to interpretation.
