When do tickets go on sale?
General sales tickets go live on 5th April at 12pm IST.

Will there be a bank pre-sale?
There will be no pre-sale for this show.

Will I be able to switch my ticket to a different category?
No, tickets once purchased cannot be upgraded or changed.

Is there a ticket purchase limit?
You can buy up to 6 tickets per person. All ticket categories are subject to availability, so make sure to purchase yours before they sell out!

Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets will only be available for sale on BookMyShow.

Will tickets be available for sale on any other platform?
No, the official tickets will only be available for sale on BookMyShow. We strongly recommend that you don’t purchase tickets via any third party to avoid the possibility of counterfeit tickets.

Is there a ticket which allows me to buy a meet & greet with the artist?
There is no meet & greet available for this show.

What if I can’t make it to the event?
Tickets are issued for personal/private consumption only and not for commercial exploitation. Tickets, once purchased cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Is there an age limit?
A valid entry ticket is necessary for everyone above 10 years of age. Anyone below the age of 18 years has to be accompanied by an adult.
Children under the age of 16 years will not be allowed on the ground.

Will there be F&B available at the venue?
Yes, food and beverages will both be available for purchase at the venue, outside food will not be permitted.

Is the venue air-conditioned?
No, Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium is not an air-conditioned venue, it is an open stadium.

Is this a seated show?
This is a partially seated show. Seats will be available for sale in the stands however the tickets on ground (floor tickets) will be standing. 

Do you accommodate people with special needs?
Yes, this is a PWD friendly event. Each person must purchase a valid ticket for the show in the A stands ( first floor) only. The person with special needs can be accompanied by one person in the PWD zone, with a valid ticket in the same category. There are no elevators in B Stand.

Is there parking available at the venue?
There is no parking available at the venue. Please use public transport.

Is there an elevator access?
There are no elevators at the stadium.

Can I carry signboards?

• Signs must not be larger than 28” x 22”
• Must not display profanity or objectionable images. Must not contain political wording/images. Words/images must be in good taste.
• Must not be on sticks/poles.
• Security personnel have permission to ask guests with signs to lower signs that are obstructing the view of other guests.

Is photography permitted during the show?
Professional cameras (detachable lens) and video cameras are strictly prohibited through the show, however phone cameras will be permitted.

How will I get my tickets?
Your tickets will be home delivered to you approximately one week prior to the show, please do not misplace/forget these tickets/bands since replacements will not be provided.

Are handbags and backpacks allowed into the venue?
No, they will not be permitted. We request our patrons to carry wallets/small sling bags to avoid inconvenience. Further detail will be shared in the guidebook closer to the show date. 

What else am I not allowed to bring to the venue?
Please keep in mind that your belongings will be searched before entering the venue.

Admission to the venue may be denied, and visitors may be ejected from the venue without any entitlement to a refund of the admission fee if the visitor engages in the following non-exhaustive list:

• Refuses to be searched by security personnel.
• Is under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• Is in the possession of, or is dealing in drugs.
• Puts the lives of others at risk.
• Damages or steals any of the infrastructure or inventory at the venue.
• Is in possession of firearms.
• Is in possession of any of the below prohibited items.
• Any other reason deemed fit by the organiser.

Prohibited items:

• Laptops, external hard drives and portable charging devices may not be permitted in the venues.
• Large backpacks and bags with multiple pockets.
• Sharp objects of any kind, such as: blades, knives, scissors, weapons, pocket knives, pepper spray, large chains or sharp jewellery.
• Laser pens or pocket lasers.
• Flammable items, such as: lighters, sky lanterns, fireworks, flares etc.
• Narcotics or banned substances. The use and possession of drugs is completely forbidden. It is prohibited to deal drugs on the event premises. If such an infringement becomes apparent you will be removed from the event premises and handed over to the police.
• Markers, pens or spray paint.
• Food & beverages from establishments outside of the premises.
• Unsealed cigarette packets or any kind of smoking device including vapes.
• Professional cameras and recording (photo, video, audio) equipment, such as: large professional detachable zoom lenses, stands, monopods, tripods, go pro cameras, attachment sticks (selfie sticks), musical instruments, megaphones, horns, noise makers or other commercial equipment are prohibited.

What happens if the event is cancelled?
In the event that the show is cancelled you will automatically receive a full refund of your ticket purchase. Booking fee and home delivery charges will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used at time of purchase.
