The JusTrufs Women’s Day Chocolate Workshop includes:
· A brief history about Cocoa and Chocolate
· Learning to recognize and taste good quality, real chocolate, and how
to use it
· Mastering the art of tempering real chocolate
· Enjoying chocolate dipped fresh fruits
· Creating superbly awesome chocolates with us
· Chocolate Tasting
And a few interactive games and surprises are in store too
Caution: The chocolate tour involves a lot of chocolate tasting!
