About the movie
The movie, 16 December, revolves around four officers of the Indian Income Tax Revenue Intelligence Wing investigating large illegal money transfers. During the investigation, they find the money is being used to finance a terrorist group. The story takes a turn as they came to know that the terrorists are planning to stage a nuclear attack on Indian soil on 16 December 2001.
