About the movie
The film is based on the life of freedom fighter Anant Kanhere. On 21st December 1909, at the Vijayanand Theatre in Nasik, Anant Kanhere assassinated Jackson, the British Collector of Nasik. The murder of Jackson was an important event in the history of Nashik and the Indian revolutionary movement.
