About the movie
The story is set in the remote hinterland near Neyyar Dam, home to the scholar Vaidyar and the neighbouring family of Kaladharan and Ragini. Their quiet life, shared with children Surya and Sudevan, is marked by the past upheaval caused by their older daughter, Arya, who eloped with Anand, a medical student from Maha Vaidy.
