1. Patrons must comply with the films censor certification and adhere to all age and content-related guidelines set by CBFC.
2. Ticket is compulsory for children aged 3 years & above.
3. Outside food & beverages are not allowed to be carried inside the cinema premises.
4. Items such as carry bags, helmets, handbags, laptops, cameras, eatables, knives,
lighter, matchboxes, cigarettes, firearms, and any kinds of inflammable objects are strictly prohibited.
5. Patrons under the influence of alcohol or any other form of drugs will not be allowed to enter cinema.
6. Seat layout page is for representational purposes and the actual seat layout might vary.
7. Tickets once purchased cannot be cancelled, exchanged, refunded or transferred.
8. 3D movies ticket price includes charges towards the use of 3D Glasses which is non-refundable; 3D Glasses must be returned at the time of exit.
9. Pre-booked food & beverage needs to be collected from F&B counter.
10. Recording of a film through mobile or camera is strictly prohibited and is a punishable offence
11. Smoking, drinking alcohol and chewing gutkha or pan is strictly prohibited inside the cinema premises.

13. Showtime includes pre-show content such as advertisements, trailers, public service announcements mandated by law, and the interval.
14. Tickets purchased for a theatre is valid for that theatre only.
15. Cinepolis may contact the patrons to seek feedback for service improvement.
16. Cinepolis will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any personal property.
17. In case a ticket is lost or misplaced, a duplicate ticket may be issued upon request.
18. Once a M-Ticket or printed ticket is scanned for entry, re-entry shall only be at the sole discretion of cinema.
